A DIVISION OF IRICK BUSINESS CORPORATION
Working from IBC designs and engineered drawings, we produce carts in an international environment. This allows us to pass great savings on to our customers. We use U.S. and Mexican subcontractors to fabricate the various components which go into building a fine cart. Our prototypes are built in our shops in Albuquerque and Corrales, New Mexico, while our main production is all done in the El Paso - Juarez metroplex. Final assembly takes place in the facility of our primary partner, Industriales de Carretas. The metal work, electrical work, sewing, and signage are done in various subcontractor locations. We hope you enjoy this cyber-tour of our production facilities.
A good cart starts out as metal framework. Our frames and metal work comes from several facilities.

When the frames are ready they are trucked to Industriales de Carretas, where our woodshop readies the wood and laminates as specified in the engineered drawings. Our carpenters have been building carts for decades, their experience is unsurpassed in the industry. They use select U.S. materials imported for the express purpose of cart-building.

Our electrical work is done on-site by a licensed electrical contractor, the signs are carried across the street from a commercial signage shop, and the curtains and fabric-work is imported from El Paso.
It's always a big push to get the carts to final assembly, but we maintain a permanent crew of experienced cart-builders.

At last, the carts are wrapped and ready to roll onto the trucks. It's time to clean up!
We import the carts through U.S. Customs at the Zaragosa Bridge. International importation is not for the faint-of-heart.! Our carts are then trucked to delivery points either in our own fleet or by commercial carrier. A CART and KIOSK.com installation crew sets the carts up at the customer's location.
We hope you have enjoyed this cybertour, and now understand our manufacturing process better. If you would like a tour of the process in person, just ask John .
